Who Doesn’t Love Tacos!

Ingredients

• 12 corn tortillas hard or soft
• Pinch G Salt
• 1 cup of chopped cilantro
• 4-5 medium sized tomatoes seeded
• ½ onion either white or red chopped fine
• 1 jalapeño chopped
• 1 lime juiced
• 1 clove of garlic pressed
• Salt to taste
• 2 cloves of garlic pressed
• 2 cups sour cream I sub 1/2 whole greek yogurt
• 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped with liquid
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ head of red or green cabbage shredded
• fronds from 1 whole fennel
• Protein or vegetable of your choice
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Wah Gwan ®
