• 6-8 medium Potatoes
• 1 small Onion
• 56 ounces Chicken broth
• 2 cups Water
• dash Basil or celery salt
• dash Pepper
• dash Sugar
• 2 sticks Butter
• 3/4 cup Flour
• 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream or half/half
• 4-6 Strips Bacon Bits
• 2 cups Chedder / Mont. Jack Cheese Mix
