Kubba Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 c cooked, leftover rice, room temperature
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/2 lb ground lamb or beef
• 1/2 c onion, chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp Arabian spice (bahar)
• 1/4 c raisins or shredded almonds
• 2 c vegetable oil for frying
