• 1 Tbsp (15 ml) curry powder
• ¼ tsp (1.25 ml) cayenne powder
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) peanut butter
• 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk
• 4 cups (4 L) chicken broth
• 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
• ½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground pepper
• 1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
