Ingredients

• 400g Siúcra Caster Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 250ml Water
• 80ml Double Cream, at room temperature
• 45g Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp Flaked Sea Salt
• 1 x 454g pack of Siúcra Roll Out Icing
• 4 tbsp Siúcra Icing Sugar, plus extra for dusting
• 1 tsp Vanilla Paste or Vanilla Extract
