Double Chocolate Amaz!n Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup Sunsweet ® Amaz!n™ Diced Prunes
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
• 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
• Cooking spray
• 3 Tbsp brandy (optional)
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg, large
• 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
