- 4 large black or green figs, quartered
- 250g vacuum-packed cooked beetroot in natural juice
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 heaped tablespoon clear honey
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 200g rindless soft goats' cheese quartered
- 50g walnut halves, roughly broken up by hand
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded and very finely chopped
