• 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 3 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 cups cake flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups ripe bananas, mashed well (about 3-4 depending on size)
• 1/2 cup Diamond of California chopped pecans
• For The Cream Cheese Icing
• 8 ounce block cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 stick butter, room temperature
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups powdered sugar
