• 8 oz. chopped onion (from the Prepared Produce Department)
• 2 large cloves garlic
• finely minced
• ½ cup dark brown sugar
• ¼ cup Kowalski's Pure Maple Syrup
• ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
• - zest and juice of 1 lemon
• ¼ tsp. Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
• ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
• ¼ cup bourbon whiskey
