Homemade Pecan Pie - La Española Olive Oil

Ingredients

• #For the Crust:#
• 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup La Española Light Flavour Olive Oil
• 4 tbsp cold water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tbsp sugar
• #For the Filling:#
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/3 cups chopped pecans
• A handful of whole pecans for decoration
