Meatball Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
• 1 Egg
• 1 Medium Onion
• 1/3 cup Calrose Rice
• 1 TBSP Butter or Ghee (or you can use your choice of liquid oils)
• 1 Tomato (or 2 Tbsp crushed tomato)
• 1 Large Potato
• 1 Small Carrot
• 2 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
• 1/2 Leaf of Bay Leaf (optional)
• 1 tsp salt + 2 tsp salt
• 6 cups of water or vegetable broth
• Black Pepper
• Cumin
• Cilantro or Dill For Garnish
