• 1 1/2 kg Veal rump
• 1/2 orange (zested)
• 1/2 lemon (zested)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• salt & pepper
• 8 kipfler potatoes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 carrots ( chopped into equal sized pieces approx the size of your thumb)
• 1 tsp olive oil

• chili flakes - pinch
