Heidi Swanson's Rye Pound Cake - Turntable Kitchen

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups of rye flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
• 1 1/2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds
• 1/3 cup of sunflower seeds
• 1 cup of pepitas (I skipped these)
• 1 tablespoon of orange zest
• 3/4 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1 cup of muscovado sugar (you can use regular sugar here)
