• 8 frozen buttermilk biscuits
• 1 tbsp. thyme
• 1 stick butter
• 1 box stuffing mix
• 1 c chopped onions
• 4 c chicken broth
• 1 c chopped celery
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 1 tbsp. sage
• 1 batch cornbread (see below)
• 2 c self-rising yellow cornmeal mix
• 1 large egg
• 1 ⅓ cups milk
• 1 tsp. salt
• ½ cup oil
