Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) pkg cream cheese softened
- 2 cups mashed pumpkin (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg plus 2 yolks slightly beaten
- 1 cup Farmers Blend or Coffee Cream
- ¼ cup melted Farmers Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 1 uncooked 9" pie crust
- Farmers Whipping Cream for topping
