- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Olive oil
- 300g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) smoked paprika
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 broccoli head, broken into florets
- 1 x Instant mushroom soup sachet
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) mustard
- ¼ cup (60ml) sour cream/cream
- To serve, 500g tagliatelle
