Ingredients

• 1 cup water - 110 degrees
• 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
• pinch sugar
• pinch salt
• 3 tablespoons Fustini's Robust SELECT olive oil
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Garlic olive oil
• 1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
• 1 handful red onion slices
• 6 Kalamata olives
• 8 sundried tomatoes, packed in oil
• 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1-ounce feta cheese
• 8 fresh basil leaves
• Kosher Salt
• Cornmeal, for dusting the pizza peel
• 3 Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Robust SELECT olive oil
• ¼ teaspoon Fustini’s 12 Year White balsamic
• salt and pepper
