• 3 Organic beetroots
• 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Onion
• 3 cloves Garlic
• 2 cups Mr Organic ancient grains or arborio rice
• 1/2 cup Red wine
• 2 pints Veg stock
• Water
• 3 tsp Beetroot powder
• 2 tsp Sea salt
• 1 big twist Black pepper
• 1 squeeze Lemon
• 1/2 cup Hazelnuts
