• 1 pound Italian sausage
• 1 large onion - small dice
• 1 red pepper - fine dice
• 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Garlic Olive Oil
• 1 28-ounce can crush tomatoes or 3-4 cups fresh tomatoes
• 1-6 ounce can tomato paste
• 1 cup red wine
• 1/4 cup Fustini's Thyme balsamic
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb spice blend
• 1 bag, fresh tortellini
• Parmesan cheese
