Top Sirloin Steak: The kitchen of Keys Ranch - Painted Hills Natural Beef

Ingredients

• 4 x Painted Hills Natural Beef top sirloin
• 1/2 C. Red wine
• 1/4 C. Flour
• 1/4 x Onion, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
• Bring steaks to room temperature
• Season to taste with salt and pepper
• Sear on high heat both sides of steak (2 minutes)
• Pull steaks from pan
• Add red wine, stir in flour, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and bring to boil
• Replace steaks, cover and let simmer until preferred doneness
