• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 2 cups water
• 2 (15 oz) cans white beans (such as cannellini or Great Northern), drained and rinsed
• 1 cup chopped kale or Swiss chard
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
• Salt and pepper, to taste
