Ingredients

• Dough: 4 pieces of pizza dough or ready-made bases
• Tomato Sauce:
• 400g crushed tomatoes
• 3 tbsp dried basil
• 1 clove of garlic
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Toppings:
• 240g (1 packet) Lapin Liha reindeer sauté
• 2 kale leaves
• 100g mozzarella
• 1 lemon
• ½ dl frozen lingonberries (optional)
• 1 tbsp paprika seasoning
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt
• Pepper
