Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce
• ½ medium-sized duck, cut into 3cm chunks
• 4 small waxy potatoes, peeled & cut into halves
• 1 large onion, quartered
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 3 whole dried chillies, soaked in hot water
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• 125ml peanut oil
• 150ml water
