Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (50 mL) GAY LEA - Butter Prints - Salted, melted
• 1 cup (250 mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) HEWITT'S - Buttermilk, or milk
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) granulated sugar
• 1 cup (250 mL) yellow cornmeal
• 1 cup (250 mL) all purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp (4 mL) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) hot pepper flakes
• 1 cup (250 mL) corn kernels, cooked
• 1 cup (250 mL) BLACK RIVER - Smoked Gouda, or smoked mozzarella
