Ingredients

• 3 tbsps. vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp. minced garlic
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped celery
• 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
• 1 (14.5 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
• 1/2 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chili peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 5 lbs cooked and peeled whole crawfish tails
