Honey Baklava – Clif Family Winery

Ingredients

• 1 lb phyllo pastry (thawed and cut to the size of your baking sheet)
• 4 cups finely chopped pistachios (or preferred nut of choice)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups melted butter
• 2 jars Clif Family Solar Grown™ Raw Honey
• ½ cup water
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp rose water (optional)
