Ingredients

• 4 potatoes, scrubbed
• 8 slices, bacon
• 4 tsp unsalted butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄3 cup yellow onion, diced
• 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups whole milk
• 3/4 cup half and half
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1⁄4 tsp pepper
• 2 cups Borden® Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup finely diced green onion, for garnish
• 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños, for garnish
• 8 individual boule, cooped out for soup bowl
