• 400 g rigatoni pasta
• 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 150 g pork sausages, diced
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
• 8 sprigs of thyme, chopped
• 200 ml white wine
• Salt and black pepper
• 150 g ricotta
