• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 1 cup Chocolate Frosting
• 24 Cake Pop Sticks
• 12 oz White Melting Wafers
• 2 Egg Whites
• ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar
• 1 tsp Almond Extract
• 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
• Blue Gel Food Coloring
