- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup (220g) CSR Caster Sugar
- 1 tbsp White Wings Cornflour
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup (40g) CSR Pure Icing Sugar
- 300ml thickened (heavy) cream
- Fresh cherries with stems attached
