- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 whole whole skinless chicken breasts, on the bone, split
- Salt
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 1 small white onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 habanero chile (preferably green), halved and seeded
- 1⁄4 lb. tomatillos, husked
- 3⁄4 cup pistachios, shelled and coarsely chopped
