Sweet, Sour and Spicy Pork - Ziggys

Ingredients

• 500g Pork Casserole Pieces , cut into strips (discarding any bones)
• 2 tbsp corn starch
• 4 tbsp malt vinegar
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp water
• 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
• 5 tbsp white sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• Handful of snow peas, chopped
