Ingredients

• Sugar Crust Tart Shell
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 1- 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tablespoons milk
• Filling
• 7 large peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into ¼ inch thick slices
• 2 tablespoons water
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice (juice of two large lemons)
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• ¼ cup sugar
• Pinch salt
• 2 tablespoons peach jam
