Ingredients

• 1lb medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 10oz of andouille sausage, sliced
• 1 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1 cup diced green bell pepper
• 1 cup diced yellow onion
• 1 zucchini, diced
• 1/4 chicken stock
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
• 1 1/2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
• olive oil
• Parsley for garnish
