• 1 tablespoon spanish sherry or white wine

• 1 teaspoon smoked spanish paprika (pimentón)
• Coarse salt (sea or kosher), to taste
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
