Sumi's Salt & Pepper Chops recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 1 kg chops
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 teaspoon calistos mutton spice
• 1 teaspoon innaparman garlic & herb spice
• ½ teaspoon mustard powder
• half fresh lemon Squeezed or 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¼ cup nandos pepper sauce
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 3 potatoes peeled cut in 4 wedges
