Tomato Spice Cake – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• pinch salt
• 1 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 stick butter - melted then cooled
• 1 cup Tomato Puree
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
• 4 cups tomatoes - chopped
• pinch brown sugar
• 8 ounces cream cheese - soft
• 1 stick butter - soft
• 1 to 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
