• 2 cups flour

• 4 ripe peaches, cut in half or large chunks

• 1/2 cup oats
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons butter, soft
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup Fustini's Vinoso Wine Vinegar
• salt and pepper
