Ingredients

• Idahoan® Au Gratin Homestyle Casserole
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper
• 1 ½ lbs diced lamb (note: if you use beef, use sirloin diced)
• Flour for coating
• ¼ cup onion, fine diced
• ¼ cup carrot, fine diced
• 3 Tbsp tomato paste
• ¾ cups beef stock
• 1 bay leaf
