• 400 g dried farfalle pasta
• 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
• 2 chicken breast fillets (approximately 500 g)
• 1 small brown onion, chopped
• 150 g swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
• 1 zucchini, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tbsp. tarragon leaves
• 2 tbsp. plain flour
• 80 ml dry white wine
• 300 ml light thickened cream for cooking
