Mulligatawny Soup

Ingredients

• 5 slices bacon diced
• 2 chicken breasts with rib meat (up to 4)
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 2 carrots sliced
• 1 apple chopped
• 1 tbs curry powder
• 6 peppercorns crushed
• 2 whole cloves
• 1 bay leaf
• 3 tb all purpose flour
• 1/3 cup Water
• 1 cup half-n-half
• 1 1/2 cups Hot cooked rice
