Ingredients

• 2 Eggplants
• 2 Bell Peppers
• 3 Spring Onions
• 2 Zucchini
• 6 Cloves of Garlic
• 3 Bay Leaves
• 3 Sprigs of Rosemary
• ¾ Cup Olive Oil
• Salt
• White Pepper
• 1 Bunch of Fresh Basil
• 4 to 6 Large Organic Eggs
• 3 Tablespoons of White Vinegar
