Ingredients

• Half a bag of Florette Baby Leaf salad
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 2tbsp olive oil
• 1 sweetcorn cob, cut into quarters lengthways
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1tbsp chilli sauce
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
• 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
• 2 cooking chorizo, cut into thick slices
• Salt & pepper
• 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 5 mins
