- 500 grams oyster mushrooms
- 150 grams Oaxaca cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 level tsp smoked salt
- 25 grams butter
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1 level tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 level tablespoon white rice vinegar
- 1 level tablespoon agave
- 1 small garlic clove
- 4-6 tablespoons warm water
- 1/3 onion
