• 3 medium bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 stick of butter
• 1/2 cup finely chopped Roasted Pecans
• 1/2 grated dark chocolate and whipping or heavy cream
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
