• 75 g Plain flour
• 1 tsp Bicarbonate soda
• 1.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• Pinch fine table salt
• 1.5tbsp Flax seed
• 4 tbs Water
• 90 ml Light olive oil
• 90 ml Almond milk or other plant milk
• 180 ml Lyle’s Golden Syrup
• 50 g Grated Carrot
• 50 g Roughly chopped walnuts
• 60 ml Vegan cream cheese
• 1 tbsp Lyle’s Golden Syrup
