• 1 pound ground pork
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
• ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
• ½ – 1 cup bread crumbs
