• 4 tablespoons olive oil

• 250ml buttermilk
• 200g tenderstem broccoli
• 1 handful of kale leaves
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 garlic cheese bread
• 1 handful of dandelion leaves
• 8 ripe figs, halved
• 50g seedless white grapes, halved
