• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup white granulated sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 3 cup carrots, peeled and grated
• 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, without the juice
• 1 cup slivered almonds
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 1 pound confectioner's sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
