Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of chicken broth
• 1/2 cup of «Brandade de Bacalhau e Aubergine» (see recipe on website)
• 1 cup chopped chives
• 250 g of «Pasta Rigattoni»
• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 250 g deep-frozen shredded codfish Riberalves
• 2 spoons of cream
• 2 spoons of milk
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/2 glass of white wine
• 3 cloves of garlic
• Chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper in grains
• 1 bay leaf
